    Celebrating Christmas–It’s almost here!

    By caustin | December 14, 2007

We’ve gotten moved in (what a busy weekend/week)! With the pods unloaded and the furniture in a livable arrangement, we also enjoyed putting up our Christmas tree on Monday. Finally, we are able to celebrate the season. The kids have enjoyed numerous crafts and holiday themed activities we’ve done in the past couple of weeks–making chocolate covered pretzels, ornaments, woven placemats and decorating paper Christmas trees. On Tuesday night, we went to the Austin Symphony’s Holiday Sing-along concert. What fun! We got to see Frosty, Rudolph and Santa and sing lots of holiday favorites. The kids were fascinated with all the instruments and we all enjoyed the fake snow that fell on us when we sang “White Christmas.” It’s hard to believe Christmas is almost here! That’s my kids! These are the trees They decorated. For those of you that know Noah and Mikayla…can you guess who created which one. These 2 trees are a perfect representation of their very different personalities!
